DELIVERY & RETURN

Australia-wide shipping is available. We are not liable for third-party postal delays.

We recommend booking at least 5 business days before your event to ensure on-time arrival.

Use the supplied return satchel and lodge your parcel at an Australia Post office by 5pm on the final day of your hire (or the following Monday if your return date falls on a weekend).

If your parcel is not trackable, you may be liable for recovery or replacement fees.
LATE RETURNS & UNRETURNED GARMENTS

A late fee of $30 per day applies to overdue returns.

Late fees are capped at 14 days or the full RRP of the garment, whichever is greater.

If a garment remains unreturned after 14 days, it will be treated as stolen/missing and we may take appropriate recovery action, which may include (but is not limited to):
Charging your stored payment method for the full RRP and any reasonable recovery costs;
Passing unpaid invoices to a debt collection agency and adding collection costs;
Notifying and cooperating with police or other relevant authorities;
Where appropriate and lawful, notifying third parties such as your listed emergency/contact persons or relevant organisations (for example, an employer where details have been provided) to assist with recovery;
Making information about the debt or the unreturned item available publicly in a factual, non-defamatory manner (for example, listing outstanding debtors), where permitted by law;
Attending the postal address provided to us to recover the garment.
We will always aim to act proportionately and lawfully when pursuing recovery. By hiring from us you acknowledge and accept these potential actions.
DAMAGE, LOSS & REPLACEMENT

Minor wear is expected. Significant damage, permanent stains, or loss will result in full RRP being charged.

Cleaning or repairs over $20 will be invoiced to you.

If RRP payment is required, you may arrange instalments over a maximum of 6 weeks.

In the event of theft, refusal to return, or non-payment, we reserve the right to enforce recovery through the methods outlined above.
SECURITY & CARD STORAGE

By hiring, you authorise No Strings Dress Hire to securely store your card details.

In cases of late return, damage, or loss, your card may be charged accordingly.

If your card fails, unpaid invoices will be pursued through collections.
CANCELLATIONS

14+ days before hire: Full refund.
-
7–14 days before hire: Store credit (valid 12 months).
-
Less than 7 days before hire: Store credit minus $20 and postage.
-
Afterpay orders: Non-refundable $20 cancellation fee.
CREDIT NOTES
-
Valid for 12 months.
-
One credit note per order.
-
Not exchangeable or refundable.
