Postage and Delivery - No Strings Dress Hire
DELIVERY
We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event.
We do not deliver on weekends.ย
Our shipping fee isย dependant on the dress (size of the dress = size of the Australia Post satchel used).
This fee includes the delivery to you, and the return back to us (in a pre-paid satchel that comes with the item).
RETURN
All postage orders include a return postage satchel.ย Simply place your dress in the return satchel and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a YELLOWย Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date.ย
We take care of dry-cleaning too so you don't have to worry about it.
Return & Late Lodgement Policy
To ensure every customer gets to enjoy their booked outfit on time, we have a strict return policy:
โ๏ธ Return Due Date:
All hired garments must be lodged at the post office or returned in-store by the first business day after your booking ends (usually Monday for weekend hires).
โ๏ธ Proof of Lodgement:
When posting your return, a valid Australia Post lodgement receipt must be obtained as proof and sent to us on the same day.
โ๏ธ Late Returns:
If your return is lodged late (without prior arrangement), a $50 late fee will apply.
This fee covers the cost and inconvenience of disappointing the next customer waiting for that item.
โ๏ธ Failure to Return on Time:
Consistently late returns may result in a suspension of hire privileges.
