TERMS AND CONDITIONS -
Lending your dress

1. Ownership
You confirm that you are the legal owner of each item submitted and that all items are free of third-party claims, debts, or liens.

2. Exclusivity
All items submitted must be exclusively listed with No Strings Dress Hire. You agree not to list the same garments on any other hire platform, business, or peer-to-peer service while consigned with us.

3. Item Requirements
Dresses must:
- Be in excellent, hire-ready condition
- Have an RRP of approximately $200 or more
- Be on-trend
- Be clean, undamaged, and authentic

We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our quality, style,
or brand standards. We may also request proof of purchase or original receipts
to verify authenticity, especially for high-value or designer items.

4. Fees & Payments
- Service Fee: 16%โ€“25% per hire depending on the number of dresses consigned
- Dry Cleaning Fee: Flat $22 per hire
- Minimum Fee: $19.95 minimum applies to all bookings

You will be paid the Wednesday after the dress is returned from hire, via bank transfer.

5. Loyalty Reward
Every 6th successful hire of a dress is 100% paid to you, with no service or cleaning fee deducted.

6. Professional Cleaning (Non-Negotiable)
All garments will be professionally cleaned by Golden Square Dry Cleaners on behalf of No Strings Dress Hire after each hire. This is a mandatory part of our process to ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene across all rentals. A flat $22 cleaning fee will be deducted from your payout for each completed hire.

7. Loss or Damage
Minor wear and tear is expected.
For significant damage, loss, or non-return, we will assess and may compensate you up to the agreed replacement value listed on your intake form.

8. No Guarantee of Hire
We do not guarantee that any dress will be hired. Items may remain in storage and listed without generating income.

9. Return & Withdrawal
You may request the return of your dress at any time with 14 days written notice, provided it is not currently booked or has a future booking confirmed. We reserve the right to return any item at our discretion, particularly if it is underperforming, unsuitable for hire, or no longer aligns with our current offering.

If a garment has been actively featured in a marketing campaign, we may delay
return for up to 4 weeks from the request date.

10. Non-Compete
You agree not to start or operate a competing dress hire business โ€” independently or with another party โ€” for a period of two (2) years from your first submission.

11. Social Media & Promotion
If you have a social media account promoting dress hire, you agree to redirect dress-related inquiries to No Strings Dress Hire and not promote independent bookings for any consigned
items.

You also grant permission for us to photograph, style, and promote your dresses
across our marketing channels, including social media and website.

12. Agreement
By submitting a consignment application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. A signed agreement will be required before your dress is accepted into our range.

13. Personal Use of Your Dress
Youโ€™re welcome to wear your own dress free of charge while itโ€™s consigned with us โ€” just let us know in advance so we can remove it from availability.

Note: If the dress is already booked or has a future confirmed hire, the
customer will have first priority and the booking will proceed as scheduled.

14. Garment Acceptance & Alterations
All dresses submitted are subject to in-person inspection prior to being listed. We reserve the right to reject any item upon inspection. If small alterations are required to meet our fit or
quality standards, these may be requested at the ownerโ€™s expense before
acceptance.

15. Pricing Control
Hire pricing will be set by No Strings Dress Hire based on brand, style, market demand, RRP, and garment condition. Pricing may be reviewed periodically to optimise performance.

16. Drop-Off & Shipping
Dresses must be cleaned prior to drop-off unless otherwise arranged.

We accept local drop-off or shipping at the owner's expense. If you require
your dress returned via post, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply.
